摘要
为了分析影响射孔弹性能的工艺参数,将正交设计应用于射孔弹工艺研究中。确定了试验方案,根据方案完成了穿孔深度试验,并根据试验结果进行数据分析。分析表明:4个因素的影响大小依次为保压时间、药型罩成型压力、烧结时间、烧结温度,确定了较优的工艺条件并完成了验证试验。采用正交设计可缩短试验周期、降低试验成本。
In order to analysis the technological parameters influencing the property of perforating cartridge, the orthogonal design was applied to technological study. The test proposals were designed, the test of punching depth has been done, and data analysis were studied based on test results. Analysis result showed that the influence degree of factors in order was resistance pressure time, formation pressure of liner, sintering time and temperature. The optimum technological conditions were determined.The appliance of orthogonal design can curtail the test period and reduce the test cost.
