摘要 腺苷甲硫氨酸合成酶催化ATP和L-甲硫氨酸合成腺苷甲硫氨酸,在不同生物体和不同组织中腺苷甲硫氨酸合成酶的存在形式和编码酶的基因都有差别,本文综述了不同生物的腺苷甲硫氨酸合成酶的基因、酶结构、酶反应动力学及应用前景。 S-adenosyl-L-metnionine synthetase (SAMS, MAT) is a ubiquitous enzyme catalyzing the synthesis of S-adenosyl-L-methionine from ATP and L-methionine. The isozymes and encoding gene of S-adenosyl-L-metnionine synthetase exist in different organism and tissues. The encoding gene, structure and characterization of S-adenosyl-L-metnionine synthetase are reviewed.
