摘要
介绍了循环曝气生物氧化工艺(CBAF),研究了CBAF对炼油厂高浓度污水进行预处理中试试验,探讨了停留时间、气水比、溶解氧浓度、反冲洗等对污水中CODCr、石油类、硫化物、酚类处理的影响,考察了CBAF采用的不同填料及其组合,提出了试验范围内最佳工艺运行参数及反应器级配。试验结果表明,CBAF工艺具有生物活性高、处理效果好、停留时间短的特点,具有良好的工业应用前景。
A circulating biological aeration filter (CBAF) was introduced and used to pre - treat wastewater of high concentration pollutants from a petroleum refinery on pilot scale. The effects of hydraulic residence time, ratio of gas to water flow rates, dissolved oxygen concentration in water and backwashing period on the removal of CODcr, oil, sulphide, volatile phenol were investigated. Combination of various packings in multi- stage reactors was observed. The optimum operation parameters and reactor combination of the CBAF process were recommended. The experimental results showed such advantages of CBAF as high biological activity, high treating efficiency and short hydraulic residence time (HRT).
