摘要
推进城乡一体化是一个庞大的系统工程。制度安排是推进城乡一体化的保障,农业全程产业化是推进城乡一体化的抓手,都市农业是推进城乡一体化的纽带,原料性农业是推进城乡一体化的举措,新型工业化是推进城乡一体化的引擎,安居乐业的城镇化是推进城乡一体化的平台,农地合理流转是推进城乡一体化的杠杆,农村基层干部的执行力和积极性是推进城乡一体化的动力。
Promoting the integration of urban and rural areas is a big systematic project in which the guarantee is proper institutional arrangement, the key point is integrative industrialization of agriculture, the bond is urbanized agriculture, the measure is raw-material-producing agriculture, the engine is new-type industrialization, the basis is smooth urbanization, the lever is proper movement of farm land and the force is competence and initiative from local cadres in rural areas.
