摘要
采用双管正激式开关电源技术,成功研制了一种新型的CO2气体激光器电源.该开关电源采用PWM脉宽调制技术,以及特殊设计的非晶合金高频变压器,可以在供电电源电压波动情况下保持输出电压及激光器输出功率的稳定,且由于输出功率可平滑调节,可适用于不同功率的CO2气体激光器.
A new CO2 laser switch power supply utilizing two MOSFET forward driving technology is developed successfully. The PWM pulse width modulation technology and a specially designed amorphous alloy highfrequency transformer are adopted, it is able to keep the output voltage and consequently the output laser power constant even if the supply voltage in the electric net varies. Since the output power can he smoothly adjusted, it can be used in various types of CO2 lasers.
