卵泡液中LIF对体外受精-胚胎移植的影响 被引量:6

摘要 ①目的探讨体外受精妇女卵泡液中白血病抑制因子(LIF)水平对其体外受精-胚胎移植的影响。②方法应用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),检测45例体外受精妇女排卵时卵泡液中LIF的水平,分析其与取卵数、卵子受精率、早期胚胎的质量以及移植结局的关系。③结果卵泡液中LIF的浓度与卵子的受精率以及胚胎的质量呈正相关(r=0.613、0.591,P<0.05);妊娠组卵泡液中LIF的浓度与未妊娠组比较,差异无显著意义(t=0.630,P>0.05)。④结论卵泡液中LIF水平影响卵子成熟、早期胚胎的质量。 Objective To investigate the effects of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) of follicular fluid on in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods Enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA) was applied to detect the LIF level in the follicle fluid at ovulation. The relationship between LIF level and ova obtained, ovum fertilization rate, early embryo quality, and the transfer outcome were analyzed. Results The LIF concentration of the follicular fluid was positively correlated with ovum fertilization rate and early embryo quality (r=0. 613, 0. 591 ; P〈0.05). The LIF concentration of the follicular fluid of the pregnant women was not significantly different from that of the non-pregnant women (t=0.630, P〉0.05). Conclusion LIF may affect ooeyte development, fertilization, embryo quality and the transfer results.
