摘要
高校心理咨询教师心理枯竭的成因是:来访者数量多与心理咨询教师数量少之间的矛盾;心理咨询工作的高要求与心理咨询教师低素质之间的矛盾;心理咨询过程中的身心高投入与低回报之间的矛盾;心理咨询工作对咨询教师人格的高要求与心理咨询教师自身人格问题之间的矛盾;心理咨询的特殊专业要求与咨询教师自身需要之间的矛盾等五大方面。应对策略包括:正视心理枯竭、增强反思意识,提高反思能力、建立有效的社会支持网络等几个方面。
The reasons that result in job burnout of university counseling teachers are those five contradictions, they are contradictions of more students who want to obtain help and less counseling teachers, of higher requirement of counseling and lower quality of counseling teachers, of too much investment in counseling including teacher, body and mental and lower repayment, of higher requirement of healthy personality of counseling teachers and their present personality defect, and of special professional requirement of counseling and the need of counseling teachers themselves, fherefore, the settle tactics are these three aspects: face job burnout directly,strengthen consciousness and improve ability of self—examination, establish valid social sustain networks.
