壳聚糖对废水中蛋白质的吸附作用 被引量:12

摘要 在不同的蛋白质浓度、壳聚糖浓度、吸附时间、温度及pH值条件下,采用Bradford染色法测得吸附后蛋白质浓度,得到了壳聚糖对蛋白质的最佳吸附条件,其结果将为壳聚糖在工业废水处理中的应用提供一定的理论基础。 This experiment was in the different conditions, such as the protein density, the chitosan density, the adsorption time, the temperature and the pH.Using the Bradford decoration method to get the protein density after absorbing, we draw which kind of condition could make chitosan absorb most in protein, namely best to absorb condition for chitosan density as best as 2.5mg/ml, proteins density was 100μg/ml, temperature was 20℃ or indoor temperature, pH was 4.0-7.0, adsorption time for 1.5 hours. The result would offer certain theoretical foundation for the fact that the application in industry's waste water disposal.
