摘要
在高炉煤气干湿成分转换时,把煤气中机械水算作水蒸气有失煤气成分的真实性,影响燃烧计算的准确性;煤气燃烧时机械水气化耗热要降低理论燃烧温度,其影响不可忽略.通过例题计算,有益于完善燃烧计算的方法.
When dry composition of blast furnace gas is conversed to wet one, it will not display the true composition and the accuracy of combustion calculation will be reduced if liquid water is regarded as water vapor. Gasifying the liquid water cannot be neglected because it is heat consuming, thus decreasing the theoretical combustion temperature. This paper intends to consummate the method of combustion calculation.
