摘要
对催化裂化装置油浆进行了采样,采用碳化灼烧法进行了分析,并对分析后的固体残留物进行了扫描电镜和光谱分析。认为滤后样残留物中并不只是催化剂固体颗粒,滤后样油浆中固含量偏高的主要原因是分析过程中油浆所含的无机盐和重金属等成分析出结晶所致。
The sample of FCC slurry is analyzed with carbonizing cautery method and the sediment are analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)and spectrum analysis.It is considered that the sediment after filtration are not just catalyst solid particles and the high sediment content of slurry results came from the crystal precipitation of inorganic salts and heavy metal in the slurry during the analysis.
