摘要
以建立产品开发过程模型为起点,依据过程模型建立相应的活动网络任务分配图,对活动网络图进行人员配置.在对任务进行人员部署时,引入了人员屋来对每个任务所需人员进行定量分析,并进行评估,以达到人员的优化使用.在整个人员部署过程,用对象的观点去分析产品开发过程模型、任务和人员三者之间的互动关系.
The article presents a process model driven personnel deployment method based on object -oriented. Development process model is jumping- off of personnel deployment method, according to product development process model, assignment distribution network figure will be established,then a personnel house will be used to carry through personnel allocation of personnel. In order to achieving the most optimize of personnel resource.
