亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与冠心病相关性的研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(亚临床甲减)是一种隐蔽而持久的内分泌代谢性疾病,可以影响血脂代谢、损害血管内皮功能及凝血功能,并与脂蛋白(a)、血浆总半胱氨酸及C反应蛋白存在一定相关性,从而加速动脉粥样硬化的形成,成为冠状动脉粥样硬化和心肌梗死的独立危险因素。亚临床甲减还通过损害心脏收缩、舒张功能来参与心脏事件的发生和发展。
