摘要
以小变形条件为前提,设材料变形服从胡克定律,采用纵横弯曲和拉压超静定问题的研究方法,分析固定铰链支座水平反力在梁横截面上产生的应力水平.以跨度为8 m,均布载荷q=5 kN/m的32c号工字钢梁为例,水平反力在梁横截面上产生的正应力为0.9174 MPa,忽略该应力后的相对误差为1.7132%,表明固定铰链支座水平反力对梁强度的影响很小.因此,在工程实际应用中,大多数梁一般都可以简化为简支梁,而不必考虑水平约束的影响.
Under the small distortion condition, material distortion is supposed to obey the Hooke's law,with the research method of problem of stretch and compression statically indetermination, thestress level on the top of the cross section of the beam caused by horizon counterforce of fixed rocker bar bearing is analysized. Taking joist No.32c with the span of 8 m and even load q = 5 kN/m for example, the normal stress of horizon counterforce on the top of the cross section is 0.9174 MPa,and the relative error is 1.7132% with the stress being ignored. This indicates level counterforce of fixed rocker bar bearing has little influence on the beam strength. Therefore, in the project practical application, most beams can be simplified to the simply supported beam and the influence of the horizontal restraint needn't be considered.
