骨代谢生化标志物的分析与临床参考值的设立 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较中国成年人骨代谢生化标志物的变化规律,根据变化规律研究建立各自的参考范围.方法选取健康成人616例,年龄30-85岁,其中男性306例,女性310例,各分三个组:中青年组(30~44岁),老年前期组(45~59岁),老年组(60~85岁),分别检测十项骨代谢生化标志物.结果男性各年龄组差异无显著意义,女性老年前期组、老年组与中青年组差异均有显著意义,男女比较中青年组差异无显著意义,老年前期组、老年组与中青年组差异均有显著意义.结论应根据骨代谢生化标志物的变化建立男性,女性45岁以上组的各自参考值. Objective To study the bone biomarkers of Chinese adult.To research each reference value. Methods The ten kinds of bone biomarkers were determined in 310 women,and 306 men. Each was divided into three age groups. Results The bone biomarkers increased significantly in pefimenopausal and postmenopausal women, the difference of bone biomarkers in men was insignificant. Conclusions According to the difference of bone biomarkers, we should establish each reference value in men and women above 45 years group.
