摘要
以广州海珠桥(索桁组合连续钢桥)为实例,采用仿真分析方法对其加固前后进行跟踪分析,通过取样试验确定了材料参数,在实际加固过程的体系转换后,采用应力释放得到部分杆件应力,结合全桥有限元分析,准确地掌握了该桥的实际工作状态。同时进行了计入锈蚀损伤的非线性分析,对承载力进行了综合评定。加固跟踪分析结果表明,桥梁加固后承载能力有较大提高,工作性能明显改善;非线性分析表明,锈蚀损伤对结构极限承载力影响不大,桥梁安全储备较大。
Haizhu Bridge in Guangzhou city is a truss-cable composite continuous steel bridge. Using simulation method, the paper analyzed its strengthening and reinforcement. After the transition construction of the bridge, stress release method was adopted to obtain the stress of the component. Combined with the finite element method (FEM), the bridge's current situations was predominated. The non-liner analysis methodology considering corrosion damaging was put forward to assess load capability of the bridge. The results show that the load carrying capability of the bridge is greatly increased, and the working performance is remarkably improved, the corrosion damaging has little relationship with the limit load and the bridge has great safety reservation. 4 tabs, 5 figs, 6 refs.
