电子束引发二乙烯基醚阳离子聚合机理的初步研究

摘要 应用10MeV电子脉冲辐解研究了二乙烯基醚(DVE-3)-铁盐(IRGACURE261)体系的阳离子聚合的瞬态过程。辐解后瞬间(0.1~80μ在380nm处出现一个明显的倒峰,而相应的三缩二乙二醇二丙烯酸脂(TEGDA)-铁盐体系经辐解在380um处未出现明显变化,这表明富电子云双键的乙烯基醚类单体能与铁盐络合。经电子束辐照分解形成阳离子而引发聚合,丙烯酸酯则不易经过这一途径形成阳离子聚合。在氮气或在空气或在氧气饱和情况下,乙烯基醚(DVE-3)-铁盐体系经脉冲辐解在380nm处的瞬态吸收值逐渐变小。这表明氧分子能与阳离子结合形成过氧阳离子继而引发聚合。 The transient progress of cationic polymerization of divinyl ether DVE-3 (D) and iron onium salt IRGACURE 261(1) was studied by 10 Mev EB pulse radiolysis. In the transient spectra, a clear updown peak in 380 urn (0.1-80μs)appeared in divinyl ether-iron onium salt dichloromethane solution but not appeared in diacrylic eater-iron onium salt dichloromethane solution. Furthermor, the updown peak at 380 nm was getting small as the divinyl ether-iron onium salt solution saturated in nitrogen, air. oxygen respectively. It might suggested that divinyl ether containing rich electron bond may contact with iron onium salt to form charge transfer complex and then decomposed to form canon ions to initiate polymerization as radianed, also, that oxygen can contact with canon ions to form canon hyperoxide to initiate polymerization.
