摘要
目的:观察龙芩草喷雾剂的解热作用及其对肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)功能的影响,探讨其药理作用的相关机制和“异病同治”的物质基础。方法:耳缘静脉注射脂多糖造成家兔发热模型,并用脂多糖造成肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞损伤模型。观察使用药物前后家兔体温和细胞培养上清液中TNFα含量的变化。结果:龙芩草喷雾剂能够拮抗脂多糖导致的体温上升,缓解发热反应,抑制脂多糖引起的TNFα含量增多。结论:龙芩草喷雾剂具有显著的解热作用,可能与其抑制TNFα分泌的异常增加有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of LQC on relieving fever in rabbits and the effect on secretion of TNF-α, probe into the correlated mechanism of LQC on pharmacological action and its substance basic of “treating different diseases with the same therapeutic principle”. Method: Rabbit pyrexia model was made by injecting lipopolysacchatide (LPS) into auris edge vein, and alveolar epithelial cell II damnification model was made by adding LPS to culture medium. The change of temperature and TNF-αlever in cell culture supernate were observed before or after using LQC. Result: LQC can resist the temperature rising by LPS, relieve pyrexia reaction, restrain the augment of TNF-αcontent. Conclusion: The results suggested that LQC possess distinct function of relieving fever, which is likely related to restraining the abnomal augment of TNF-α.
