摘要
从整个供应链来看,供应商是物流的始发点,是资金流的开始,同时又是信息流的端点。任何一个最终用户的需求信息都要最终分解成采购信息,而需求的满足程度则要最终追溯到供应商对订单的实现程度,在这种环境下,就提出了供应商关系管理问题。
According to the entire supply chain, the supplier is the initial sending spot of logistics, is the start which the fund flows, simultaneously also is the information flow vertex. Any end—user's demand information must be all resolved into the purchase information finally, but the demand satisfied degree must trace back to suppliers' realization degree to the order finally, under this kind of environment, the problem of suppliers' relationship management is proposed.
