摘要
目的观察复方芪参降脂饮对实验性高胆固醇血症大鼠主动脉壁细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的影响。方法24只SD大鼠随机分为3组,每组8只。对照组喂以普通饲料;模型组喂以高脂饲料;中药组喂以高脂饲料,同时给予复方芪参降脂饮15 mL.kg-1,ig,qd。6 wk后处死,取血测血脂;用免疫组化法检测主动脉壁ICAM-1表达水平。结果中药组大鼠血清胆固醇水平明显低于模型组(P<0.05),主动脉壁ICAM-1表达量明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论复方芪参降脂饮能够降低实验性高胆固醇血症大鼠血脂,抑制ICAM-1在主动脉壁的表达。
AIM To observe the effect of complex prescription Qishenjiangzhiyin on intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in the aorta of hypercholesterolemic rats. METHODS Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly and equally divided into three groups : control group, model group and treatment group. Rats of control group were fed with normal diet. Rats of model group were fed with high cholesterol diet. Rats of treatment group were fed with high cholesterol diet plus complex prescription Qishenjiangzhiyin. After 6 wk, all the rats was killed. Serum cholesterol level was measured. The ICAM-1 expression of aorta was measured by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS The level of serum cholesterol decreased significantly as compared with that of model group( P 〈 0.05). ICAM-1 expression level of aortas in treatment group was significantly lower than that in model group ( P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION The complex prescription Qishenjiangzhiyin can reduce serum cholesterol and inhibit the expression of ICAM-1 in aorta.
