摘要
本研究以症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自尊量表(SES)为研究工具,对高职院校300名教师及普通本科院校150名教师的心理健康状况进行调查研究。发现:就总体而言,与普通本科院校教师相比,高职院校教师心理健康水平、自尊水平均存在着显著差异;就其自身而言,高职院校教师心理问题(中度以上)检出率比较高的因子为人际敏感、强迫、敌对、抑郁、偏执;高职院校教师心理发展的主流是健康的。在此基础上探讨影响高职院校教师心理健康的因素及维护措施。
In this thesis, the symptom self-evaluation scale tables (SCL-900) and the self-esteem scale tables (SES) are taken as research instruments. An investigation has been conducted on the situation of the mental health of 300 teachers in high-vocational colleges and that of 150 teachers of a common university. And it is found that, generally speaking, compared with teachers in ordinary colleges and universities, there exists striking differences in the level of mental health and self-esteem level of teachers in high-vocational colleges. Among themselves, factors with quite high (above medium degree) searching rates of mental problems are interpersonal sensitivity, compulsion, hostility, depression and being stubbornly biased. Looking at the whole body of teachers of high-vocational colleges, their mental development is mainly good. Based on this, reasons that lead to mental problems among teachers of high-vocational colleges and maintenance measures are explored.
