摘要
文中介绍了基于数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A的机车轴承实时监测仪的设计方案,应用振动分析法对滚动轴承故障进行诊断。基于综合共振解调技术和快速傅里叶变换法,并采用“相关法”处理快速傅里叶变换结果,有效地提高了轴承故障监测系统响应特性、灵敏度、分辨率和测量计算精度,并实现了机车运行中瞬间故障的实时监测和报警。
Presented new fault diagnosis system for the locomotive rolling bearing based on advanced DSP technology, and provided a feasible strategy. And using the resonance demodulation and FFT methods, especially adopting the correlation method to process the resuits markedly, improved the calculation precision for the rolling bearing diagnosis The responding time delay of conventional circuit in the monitor system was effectively improved. The sensitivity and resolution of the monitoring and alarming system for the instant fault were also improved for the running locomotive.
