摘要
企业的技术创新能力的强弱,决定了企业的发展能力。而企业管理者对本企业创新能力能否做出正确的评价,关系到企业的成败。本文设计了技术创新能力评价指标体系及其评价方法,以便企业管理者能够对技术创新能力做出正确的评价。
The ability of technological irmovation is strong or weak that decides development ability of an enterprise, ff enterprise governors have a fight evaluation on their enterprise or not, It decides the success or failure of enterprise development. Tiffs paper designs evaluation index system and method of technological innovafion ability. It makes enterprise governors have a right evaluafion on technological innovation ability of their enterprise.
