摘要
人力资源管理是现代企业管理的核心。要从企业人力资源管理的目标和特征出发,利用引导、竞争、激励、约束等机制加强企业人力资源管理机制和制度建设,采取行之有效的管理对策和措施,推动现代企业人力资源管理效率和素质的不断提高。
The management of human resources,being the heart of modern enterprise management,requires to strengthen the building of managerial mechanism and system of human resources in enterprises by starting from the target and characteristics of human resources management in enterprises and utilizing mechanisms of guidance, competition, incentive and restriction, to adopt effective measures and managerial countermeasures so as to promote the improvement of the quality and efficiency in managing human resources of modern enterprises.
