摘要
系统介绍了几种不同结构的核壳型水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液合成方法及各自性能,其中包括A/U型、IPN型、A/A-g-U型三种主要的核壳结构形式;讨论了核壳之间化学键交联结构及互穿网络结构的形成对乳液粒径、稳定性及乳液涂膜的耐水、耐溶剂等性能的影响。
Several kinds of core-shell type acrylic-polyurethane hybrid aqueous emulsion were reviewed, such as A/U type, IPN type and A/A-g-U type, the ways of preparation and their properties were compared. Effects of Chemical bonds or interpenetrating polymer network between core and shell on the properties of acrylic-polyurethane hybrid aqueous emulsion especially the cast films resistance to water were dicussed.
