摘要
介绍我国供电企业的发展状况,分析了供电企业所面临的市场环境,明确了供电企业应树立主动服务的意识和提高服务质量的必要性。根据供电企业的实际状况,利用影响供电企业服务质量的22项指标构建了供电企业服务质量的评价模型,并以辽阳供电公司为例进行了实证研究,论证了该模型对于所有供电企业都是切实可行的。
This paper made brief introduction to the present situation,the market environment of the power supplying enterprises in China ,the necessity for power supplying enterprises to be active in service and promotion of service quality. Based on the present situation,using 22 indices affecting service quality to form a estimate model for quality service for power supply enterprises. And taking Liaoyang Power Supply Company as an example and made research to verify that this model is applicable to all power supply enterprises.
