摘要
分析了煤矿井下采掘工作面刮板输送机电机故障的原因,主要有过负荷、断相、机械故障、修理工艺不当造成故障隐患和安装调试故障等,并有针对性地提出了解决的办法。
This paper analyzes on the causes of the faults of silo drag conveyor＇ s electric motor, which mainly include the faults caused by the overload, loss of phase, mechanical troubles and improper repairing processes, and accidents in the erection and preliminary test, etc., and puts forward some corresponding solving methods.
