摘要
目的汇集莪术油注射液的不良反应,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对国内近几年医药期刊报道应用莪术油注射液出现的66例不良反应进行分类统计与分析。结果莪术油注射液致不良反应与给药剂量无关,主要集中发生在用药过程中30分钟以内,且多发生于<20岁和20-40岁年龄组。结论临床医生、药师及药品生产企业应重视莪术油注射液的不良反应。
Objective To investigate the characteristice of ADR induced by Zedoary turmeric oil injection and to provide some guidance for clinical medicine and rational drug use. Method An analysis was conducted on 66 cases of ADRs induced by Zedoary turmeric oil injection reported in domestic medical journals in recent years. Result The ADRs of Zedoary turmeric oil injection were not related to the dosage given.The onset of ADRs was commonly within 30 min during infusion.The ADRs mostly occurred in groups of patients under age 20 and from 20 to 40 years of age. Conclusion Clinical doctors, pharmacists and production enterprises shall pay attention to adverse effect caused by Zedoary turmeric oil injection.
