摘要
针对斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的实际流量以及不同转速下的柱塞流量脉动进行了分析计算,并用实例作了仿真,仿真结果表明:对于转速可调斜盘式轴向柱塞泵,其实际流量脉动系数随着转速的减小而增大,且转速越低,脉动系数增加的量越大;此外,偶数柱塞泵的实际流量脉动系数要大于与之相邻的奇数柱塞泵的实际流量脉动系数。
The real flow and the flow fluctuation coefficients for the swashplate axial piston pump under different rotation speeds are analysed and calculated. Then the simulations with physical example are completed. The simulation results show that the flow fluctuation coefficients increase with the speed decreasing for the swashplate axial piston pump with variable speed, and the lower speed is,the greater the flow fluctuation coefficients increases. In addition , the flow fluctuation coefficients of the discussed piston pump with even plunger is larger than that of piston pump with adjacent odd plunger.
