摘要
人力资源与企业文化,是新经济时代盐业企业核心竞争力形成的重要因素,二者的融合是其关键,而融合的途径是一个包括理念、组织、行为等内容的多层次、动态系统化机制的构建。本文就此问题进行尝试性探讨。
Personnel resources and corporate culture are important tactors that torm core compeutiveness of salt making enterprises in the new era with the combination of two factors as the key.The combination is a multilayered and dynamic construction composed of ideas,organization and behavior. This paper makes tentative discussion on the problem.
