摘要
选用山农483和川35050两个抗镉毒能力不同的小麦品种,在砂培的方式下,设置0、30、50μm ol/L三个镉浓度,研究了小麦幼苗对镉毒的光合及叶绿素荧光响应特性。结果发现,在镉毒下,小麦叶片光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)明显受损,气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数随着镉浓度的升高而显著下降,生物量也随之显著降低。气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数与生物量之间呈显著相关,可作为小麦幼苗镉毒鉴定的有效指标。
Two wheat varieties differing in tolerance to cadmium toxicity, Shannong 483 and Chuan 35050 were planted in sand culture system to study photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence response to cadmium toxicity of wheat seedling. There were three cadmium level treatments, i.e. 0, 30 and 50 μmol/L. Under cadmium toxicity, PSⅡ in the leaves of wheat seedling was dramatically damaged, and parameters of photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence, and biomass significantly decreased with increasing Cd concentration. Photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence were significantly correlated to biomass of wheat seedling, indicating that these parameters may be used as indicators to evaluate Cd tolerance of wheat genotype.
