摘要
采用气-质联用法对小远志全草醇提物弱极性组分的化学成分进行了研究,经毛细管色谱分析分离出66个峰,共确认出其中64种成分,所鉴定出化学成分的质量占总量的98.991%.应用色谱峰面积归一法分析各成分的质量分数,其主要化学成分为十六烷酸乙酯(18.950%)、油酸乙酯(12.436%)、(E,E)-9,12-十八二烯酸乙酯(10.660%)、豆甾醇(5.497%)、麦角甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇-乙酸酯(5.083%)、十八烷酸乙酯(4.575%)、叶绿醇(4.385%)、8-(2-(2-己基环丙基)环丙基)辛酸甲酯(2.625%)、(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八三烯酸乙酯(2.445%)、18-十九碳烯酸乙酯(2.369%)等,其中十六烷酸乙酯含量最高.
The non-polar factions from ethanol extract of the whole strain of Polygala sibirica L. var megalopha Fr. was analyzed by capillary GC-MS method. More than 66 peaks were isolated, and 64 compounds of them were identified, which account for 98. 991% of all. The main chemical compounds are ethyl palmitate( 18. 950 % ), ethyl oleate( 12. 436 % ), (9E, 12E)-ethyl octadeca-9,12-dienoate(10. 660% ), stigmasterol ( 5. 497%), (3β, 22E)-ergosta-5, 22-dien-3-ol acetate ( 5. 083% ), ethyl stearate(4. 575%), (E)-3,7,11,15-tetramethylhexadec-2-en-1-ol(4. 385% ), methyl 8-( 2-( 2-hexylcyclopropyl) cyclopropyl) octanoate (2.625%), (9Z, 12Z, 15Z)-ethyl octadeca-9, 12, 15-trienoate (2. 445%), ethyl nonadec-18-enoate(2. 369%) and so on. The highest fraction is ethyl palmitate.
