摘要
20世纪90年代以来,我国高校新校区办学蔚为壮观。高校单独开发的新校区面临的首要问题是校区的定位问题。新校区的明确定位,可为校区的发展确定方向,有助于形成校区内部群体的凝聚力,有利于充分发挥“一校多区”的整体优势,这是高校新校区办学定位的意义之所在。新校区的类型,具有按学科定位、按工作职能定位和混合定位三种情况,各有利弊,重要的是要有适当的应对之策,并科学合理地处理统一性与多样性、明确与准确这两种关系。
In the 1990s, China' s colleges and universities have been opening up new campuses in a large scale. The key problem for these separately constructed new campuses is their positioning. A definite positioning of a new campus can help to ensure its development direction, form a cohesive force among all the groups in the campus, and make best of the overall advantage of “one university with multiple campuses”. This is the real significance of running a new campus. New campuses can be divided into three types, namely divided by disciplines, by work function, and by blending the former two, each of which has its advantages and disadvantages. The most important is to obtain proper countermeasures, and handle the relations of unity and diversity, definiteness and accuracy in a scientific and reasonable way.
