摘要
采用国际通行的实证研究方法,对传统企业和虚拟企业组织沟通的有效性进行调查,应用数理统计的方法对两类企业组织沟通的有效性进行比较研究。发现传统企业和虚拟企业组织沟通有效性存在一定的差异,传统企业的组织沟通效果明显好于虚拟企业,传统企业组织沟通的可信度高,通畅性好,沟通明确,内容充实丰富;而虚拟企业的组织沟通效率却好于传统企业,虚拟企业的组织沟通的时效性好,沟通返工率低,沟通的信息有用比高。分析了影响两类企业组织沟通有效性差别的核心因素,为提高企业组织沟通的有效性提供理论和实践基础。
A survey on the validity of organization communication of traditional and virtual enterprises is conducted with the internationally-adopted case study method. And a validity comparison study of the organization communication of traditional and virtual enterprises is carried out with the mathematical statistic method. It is found that there is a definite difference in the validity of organization communication between traditional and virtual enterprises, the effect of organization communication of the traditional enterprise is obviously better than the virtual enterprise and the traditional enterprise is high in reliability, good in smoothness, accurate in communication and rich in content. But the efficiency of organization communication of the virtual enterprise is better than the traditional enterprise as the organization communication of the virtual enterprise is good in aging, low in communication reworking rate and high in communication information usefulness rate. An analysis is made on core factors affecting the difference in the validity of organization communication, thus providing a theoretical and practical foundation for enterprises to enhance the validity of organization communication.
