摘要
由于某风洞主体结构为典型的薄壁结构,所以在设计阶段必须考虑其静强度、静刚度、动态特性以及支座形式和布置问题。笔者阐述了风洞主体结构的网格划分方法,根据模型简化原则,通过MSC/Patran建立了有限元计算模型;同时,通过CAE软件MSC/Nastran,根据先进的模态计算方法-Lanczos法,对该风洞主体结构进行了有限元分析,获得了静力学以及模态分析结果。结果表明:该风洞主体结构满足静强度与静刚度要求,总体刚度分布合理,模态频率分布良好,但应对部分部件进行进一步优化。
The main body of a wind tunnel is a kind of typical shell structure, so some questions must be considered in the design phase, including static strength, static stiffness, dynamics characteristics, support style and disposal. The method of meshing is expounded in this paper. According to the model simplification principle, the computational model is established with MSC/Patran. And results of statics analysis and model analysis are obtained by analyzing the main body with CAE software--MSC/Nastran and the advanced mode computational method--Lanczos. Results indicate that static strength and stiffness of the main body are enough, total stiffness distribution is logical and mode frequency distribution is well, but some parts should be optimized further.
