摘要 投标决策对任何一个承包商都是非常重要的。承包商若不加选择地对多个工程进行投标,一旦不能中标,势必造成企业人、财、物浪费。讨论了基于模糊数学、集值统计原理和层次分析法的工程投标综合优选模型,为承包商提供了一种投标方案模糊综合评价决策方法。 Bidding decision is very important for any contractor. If a contractor should submit tenders indiscriminatingly, it would inevitably result in failures in practice. The paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish hierarchical structure, and the Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process and information entropy theory to reasonably determine the weight of indexes, and then adopts the fuzzy mathematics theory and value-setting statistic principle to quantify the indexes. Finally the ideal point method is used to determine the optimum scheme. A comprehensive fuzzy evaluation decision-making method is presented for project bidding decision.
