摘要
介绍了我国100 MWe^200 MWe机组的NOx排放基本情况和煤粉锅炉低NOx燃烧技术的基本原理,分别对我国100 MWe^200 MWe机组的主要2种燃烧方式,即四角切圆燃烧和墙式旋流燃烧进行低NOx改造可采取的措施进行了分析,交流了清华大学热能工程系在这方面的实践经验和改造效果,探讨了通过燃烧技术的改造来实现低NOx排放的可行性。
A general introduction on NO.emission from the 100 MWe-200 MWe coal-fired boilers in China and the principles of low NO. emission combustion was given. The available de-NOx techniques to retrofit these boilers are discussed, with respective to the commonly used tangential firing and wall-firing combustion systems respectively. The practices of retrofitting boilers on low emission by Tsinghua University were introduced. The results indicated that it is possible to apply the cost-effective retrofit in combustion system to achieve a rather stringent NOx regulation.
