摘要
本文用文献资料法探讨了各项生理指标的遗传度及其在运动员选材中的运用,结果显示:体现运动能力的某些运动素质有较高的遗传度;遗传决定了运动员运动能力水平的起点。本文亦对如何运用遗传素质进行科学的运动员选材提供了科学的方法。
With the research of literature and material, the article discusses the heredity of each physiological index and its application on athlete selection. The result shows that some athletic qualities embodying athletic ability have higher heredity degree and that herdity determines the starting point of athletic ability level. Also it provides a scientific method to make athlete selection with heredity qualities.
