摘要
在现代经营环境下,理解市场需求、把握其变化趋势是企业成功进行创新的前提。创新实质上是企业运用价值系统集合知识和创新知识的过程。探讨了顾客能力对产品创新的主要作用形式及其管理要点,分析了顾客能力管理对创新优势的影响,并提出顾客能力管理的适应性变革措施。
Under the modern business environments, the presupposition of successful enterprises' innovation is to understand market requirements and to keep abreast of its tendency. Indeed, innovation is the process of integrating knowledge and creating knowledge in an enterprise value system. This paper discussed the major modes of customer competence efleering product innovation, and analyzed the influence of customer competence management on advantages of enterprises' innovation. Finally, the paper out forward adaptive reforming measures.
