摘要 利用电激励谐振筒式气压传感器测量气压,电激励谐振筒式气压传感器输出信号的频率与气压呈非线性关系,且与环境温度有关.通过对信号进行分频准确测量出信号的周期和频率,A/D转换测量环境温度进行温度补偿,用曲线拟合法准确计算出气压,气压测量的范围为450~1100hPa,测量误差小于0.3hPa. Electricity-indeced resonator pressure transducer is used to meaure atmospheric pressure. The output signal of electricity-indeced resonator pressure transducer is a rectangular wave. The signal's frequency is nonlinear with the atmospheric pressure. The realation is related to environment temperature. Using frequency divided, the signal frequency can be measured accurately. Using the A/D converter, the environment temperature is measured. Then the atmospheric pressure can be calculated accurately by means of the curve fitting and temperature compensation. The measuring range of atmospheric pressure is 450 - 1 100 hPa. The error is less than 0.3 hPa.
