摘要
针对发酵过程中罐温大滞后和时变性的特点,提出了一种基于 PLC 的复合模糊控制算法,其中模糊控制器和 PI 调节器都通过PLC 来实现,这样既保留了 PLC 控制系统控制灵活、可靠、抗干扰能力强等特点,又大大提高了控制系统的智能化程度。实践结果表明:该系统能有效抑制纯滞后的影响,而且鲁棒性强。
A compound fuzzy control arithmetic based on PLC is put forward, which aimed at large hysteresis and time-varying characteristic of temperature in the course of fermentation. In the system, the fuzzy controller and PI adjustor are realized by PLC. So it not only holds the flexible, reliable peculiarity and the ability of anti-jamming of PLC control system, but also improves greatly the intelligentized degree of control system. The practice results show that the system can effectively restrain the effect of pure hysteresis and has the strong adaptability.
