摘要
本文介绍了g.net的发展状况和结构以及特征,阐述了g.net的关键实现技术;并以ArcG IS8.3为例,研究了基于g.net的由城市基础信息数据库、震害预测评估子系统、应急辅助决策子系统、抗震设防管理子系统和交互式用户操作平台组成的城市防震减灾信息管理和地震应急辅助决策系统的各个部分的构建方案,从而实现城市防震减灾信息管理和地震应急辅助决策系统的高效性、可伸缩性、分布耦合性和可互操作性。
This paper introduces the development, characters and key techniques of g. net and uses the ArcGIS 8.3 as an example to study the designing of city's earthquake preventing and disaster reducing information system and assistant of earthquake disaster solving based on g. net,which is composed of city information data base,earthquake disaster forecasting and evaluating system, assistant of decision-making system, fortification management system and the interoperable user operation system in order to achieve the efficiency, comprehensive and coupling of the city's earthquake preventing and disaster reducing information system and assistant of earthquake disaster solving.
