摘要
根据活性亚结构拼接原理,利用aza-W ittig法合成了一类未见文献报道的噻吩并吡啶并嘧啶类化合物,通过IR,1H NM R,E I-M S分析等方法对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征.
A series of new 2-substituted tetrahydrobenzo[4＇, 5＇]thieno[3＇, 2＇： 5,6]pyrido [4,3-d]pyrimidin-4（3H）-ones have been designed and synthesized via a aza-Wittig reaction. The structures of target compounds have been comfirmed by IR spectroscopy, ^1H NMR, EI-MS. Their biological activities were also researched and many of them showed good fungicidal activity.
