摘要
网络环境下,高校教学、科研水平的提高在很大程度上依赖于师生利用现代信息技术有效检索、分析、组织和利用信息的能力。通过对西北地区不同类型的高校、不同层次与不同知识结构的师生进行信息意识、信息能力、信息观念三方面的调查,获取了客观真实的数据。在此基础上,进行深入分析与思考,以期为增强高校对信息素质的重视度,进一步切实提高师生的信息素质,推动数字化图书馆建设等提供科学有效的理论依据。
In cyber environment, improvements of teaching and research ability in colleges and universities, to great extent, rely on how well college teachers and students can command the means of modern information technology. A survey was carried out among teachers and students with different educational backgrounds from various colleges and universities in the northwestern China. 15 questions including information sense, information capability and information ideology are investigated randomly and anonymously to ensure that the obtained date are objective and convincing. On the basis of the questionnaire, some evidence has been provided for improving the information literacy of college teachers and students to promote digital libraries in the northwestern China.
