摘要
在分析工业用水指标历年变化趋势、现状用水节水水平及存在问题的基础上,以2000年作为现状水平年,针对电力工业、一般工业及农村工业,详细计算和分析了2010年2、020年及2030年不同水平年现状节水潜力,并同时提出了全面挖掘节水潜力所应采取的管理与技术保障措施。
Based on the analysis of annual trend of industrial water consumption index, present water-saving level and existing problems, with 2000 taken as the present year, the water-saving potentialities of electricpower, general and rural industry in target year 2010, 2020 and 2030 were calculated in detail. Meanwhile the management and technical measures to guarantee the maximum of water-saving potentialities were put forward.
