摘要
采用模拟方法探讨了毒死蜱污染土壤酶活性的变化规律。结果表明,有机质含量高的土壤,毒死蜱对土壤蔗糖酶具有明显的抑制作用,在酸性和中性条件下,酶活性的抑制幅度较大,在试验所设的培养时间内,毒死蜱对蔗糖酶活性的抑制总的变化趋势呈现先激活后抑制。建议对于有机质含量较高的土壤,采用蔗糖酶活性作为表征土壤毒死蜱污染程度的监测指标。
The fluctuations of soil enzyme activity under different chlorpyrifos dose were studied in simulated conditions. The results showed that chlorpyrifos could remarkably inhibit the activity of soil sucrase at high content of organic matter in soil. Enzyme activity has also been inhibited at acid and neutral soil. The effect on soil sucrase activitiy was enhanced in the first 3 days of incuabtion, but chlorpyrifos inhibited the activity of the soil sucrase in subsequent incubating time.
