摘要
恩施州近几年劳务输出发展迅速,为促进地方经济发展发挥了重要作用,但农村劳动力在流动和异地转移过程中,也出现了一些不容忽视的问题。为此,必须加强对劳务输出工作的组织和领导,搞好服务,改善就业环境,切实维护外出务工农民的利益。同时,要妥善安排好农业生产。
Export of labor service in Enshi developed very fast in resent years. It played an important role to promote the development of economy there. In the course of labor service out-flowing, there are some problems that could not be neglected. Therefore, to strengthen the organization and guide to the work of exporting labor service, promoting employment environment and guaranteeing the interest of those who go out to work from countryisde should take a primary position. Meanwhile, we must arrange agricultural production well.
