摘要
为了更客观地评价产品绿色度,针对产品绿色度多层次、多因素的特点,将产品过程分为资源、产品生命周期、废弃物3个方面并构造树状结构。建立了由技术、经济和环境因素构成的产品绿色度综合评价指标体系。提出了产品绿色度层次灰色关联分析方法,由灰色关联模型计算分系统和全系统的关联系数,对评价因素进行量纲规范化处理并得出因素特征值,从而计算加权关联度,根据具体指标分值可进一步找到提高产品绿色度的途径。最后对电除尘器绿色度进行综合评价,结果表明:层次灰色关联分析的评价方法客观准确,可操作性强。
To evaluate product green degree more objectively, Product process is divided into three aspects of resources, product life cycle and castoff according to the multi-layered and multi-factored features of product green degree and tree structure of the three aspects is constructed. The evaluation index system composed of technical, economical and environmental factors is established. The layered grey relational analysis method of product green degree is put forward. The relational coefficients of subsystem and whole system are computed based on grey relational model. The evaluation factors are normalized dimensionally and the values of the factors are obtained, consequently the weighted relational values are computed. The product green degrees are improved according to the index values. The green degree of electrical dust catcher is evaluated, the evaluated results indicate that the evaluation method of layered grey relational analysis is objective, accurate and highly operable.
