摘要
本文介绍了减轻低比速(ns=100m-kW)混流式水轮机导叶泥沙磨损水力型式的物理模拟试验及数值模拟计算的成果;揭示了导对绕流、导对与转轮互配水力设计,对泥沙磨损的影响,为较圆满解决该类导叶的泥沙快速损坏提供了新的途径。
This paper discusses hydrodynamic method for lightening the abrasion in guide vane area of low specific speed Francis turbines through a research on the geometric and flow parameters in respect of the profiles and cascades of guide vane. On the basis of the research of flow field, by means of model tests and numerical simulation, for solving the guide vane wearing problem of the high head Francis turbine in Yu Zi Xi water power station, it presents some relations between silt wearing and flow characterics through guide vane cascade. A result is obtained through experimental studies to depress guide vane abrasion by optimizing design, which is a contribution to the subject of silt abrasion of hydroturbine in water power stations on silt carrying river.
