摘要
通过对“行动研究”理论内涵的探索及其对广大体育教师提出的要求,揭示“行动研究”是解决理论与实践中诸多矛盾的有效途径。
On the base of the exploration of the theoretical connotation of action research and the requirement put forweard to PE teachers, the article reveals that the action research is an effeative mean to resolve the contradictions in the theory and practice.
