摘要
指出带式输送机输送带跑偏的原因,探讨了前倾托辊的纠偏原理,通过算例分析了前倾角度对纠偏效果的影响,定性给出了前倾角度与纠偏力的关系,提出纠正输送带跑偏的建议。
This paper points out causes of displacement of conveyor belt and discusses how to use forward - tilt idlers to correct the displacement. The influence of forward- flit angle on displacement correcting effectiveness is shown, the relationship between forward- flit angle and correcting force is given, and proposals for correcting the displacement of conveyor belt are made, by analyzing and calculating an actual specific belt conveyor.
